Like all Desertmountainbears Higley has been named after a town out here in Arizona.
He is 6" tall sitting, 8" tall stretched out. He has a bent leg design and is meant to sit.
Made of vintage English mohair.

Detailed leather pawpads, with epoxy claws.
Needle felted muzzle and nose. I then plucked
matching mohair and rooted it into his muzzle strand by strand, then
trimmed. This took hours, but I am very happy with the realistic look
it gave the muzzle.
Nose is waxed over the felt, another long process, after the wax is applied it must be smoothed and sculpted.
He has been shaded with acrylics and inks to bring out his beautiful features.
